Cheaply made plastic ratchet leavers, one of them didn’t work. Belt right side deformed unable to tight the waist band all the way. Returned the best for a refund.
We received the return parcel,and check the quality problem you mentioned,the buckle workes well.Regarding the deformation,it's just because of how it comes in the box,it will disappear with use, and it doesn’t prevent the vest from functioning correctly.
At least four scratches are found of this return vest.We understand minor bumps may occur during wear.
